Access Audits

An access audit is an assessment of the services delivered from a building or environment, whether it is a tourist attraction, commercial building or public space. The audit will highlight any potential barriers that disabled people may face when trying to access the services on offer. The audit is undertaken as a sequential journey through the building/environment and will assess:

Following the on-site assessment, a list of recommendations is compiled so that an action plan or strategy of improvement works can be developed as the next stage. Recommendations can be prioritised into short, medium and long term solutions or other criteria you may have. Reports are specific service and bespoke to each client.
